I recently had occasion to use this businesses services, and would like to comment/share my thoughts. I recently hit a kangaroo near Baldivis and severely damaged my car. I went to these guys because they were the RAC recommended repairer. Now, you put a lot into a car when you have it for a while (had mine 11 years, one of the best cars I have ever had) and it is something no one wants to go through. So while I dreaded going through it, EVERYONE at this business was just great. The assessor (I think his name was Cao??) was just fantastic. Listened what I had to say/my concerns............ he could not have been more courteous and helpful. The car was beyond saving, so had to be written off. I was a bit forgetful, and had to go back a couple of times to get things I had left in the car/things you forget (I checked glove box etc, but forget sunglasses hidy hole and garage door opener clipped to visor etc), so I had to go back to the reception a couple of times. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone there was very helpful. No one wants to go through having their car written off, but this companies staff made it as painless as it could be. Very very good communication and customer service.
